3. Quotations, MOQ & Production Terms

Standard custom golf bag MOQ is typically 200 pieces per style; test or sample orders may start from 100 pieces.
Sampling generally takes 10–20 days; bulk production generally 45–60 days, depending on design, material and order size.
All prices are subject to change and are confirmed only in a written quotation.
Any specific terms supersede these general terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, logos, images and design, is the property of GolfBagFactories / JUNYUAN BAGS unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

5. Custom Orders & Intellectual Property of Customers

For custom OEM/ODM orders, customers retain ownership of their own designs and trademarks. We may use anonymized case references or images in our portfolio only with your consent.

6. Quality, Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We perform quality control and strive for consistent production standards. Specific warranties, inspection rights and remedies are defined in the written agreement for each order.
